Hostie’s Virtual Concierge now integrates with Stream, allowing restaurants to take phone and text orders automatically while sending those orders directly into the restaurant’s POS for fulfillment.

Whether a guest calls for pickup, delivery, or catering, Hostie captures the order conversationally, confirms the menu items and modifiers, and passes the order through Stream’s integration infrastructure so it can flow into the restaurant’s existing POS and ordering systems.

  • Hostie greets the guest in the restaurant’s brand voice and asks what they would like to order.

  • Hostie repeats the order back to the guest for confirmation.
  • Once confirmed, the order is sent through Stream’s integration infrastructure.
  • Stream routes the order into the restaurant’s connected POS or ordering system for fulfillment.
