Why This Role Matters
This is not a transactional sales role. As a Full-Cycle Account Executive at Hostie, you will:
- Own pipeline from prospecting to close
- Sell directly to operators and restaurant groups
- Shape go-to-market strategy in a high-growth phase
- Help define how AI is adopted across hospitality
You’ll work closely with leadership, product, and customer success to turn customer insight into market momentum. We are looking for closers, not order takers.
What You’ll Own
Build and Close Pipeline
- Prospect into independent restaurants and multi-unit groups
- Run discovery that uncovers operational pain and lost revenue
- Quantify financial impact
- Drive urgency and close new business
Sell on Business Impact
You won’t demo features. You will:
- Diagnose operational gaps
- Connect missed calls to lost revenue
- Position Hostie as ROI-positive infrastructure
- Sell value, not price
Multi-Thread Deals
- Navigate ownership groups
- Sell to GMs, Directors of Operations, and event managers
- Create alignment across stakeholders
Maintain Forecast Accuracy
- Keep a disciplined pipeline
- Maintain high CRM hygiene
- Drive predictable revenue outcomes
Contribute to Market Strategy

Required Experience
- 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
- Full-cycle sales experience preferred
- History of exceeding targets
- Experience selling SaaS, infrastructure, or hospitality tech is a strong plus
