Who We Are

We’re a team of product designers, AI engineers, and former restaurateurs who know the challenges of running a service-driven business—because we’ve done it ourselves.

Backed by Gradient Ventures (Google’s AI fund) and Burst Capital (founded by former Yelp execs), we’ve partnered with some of the most respected restaurants in the country to create Hostie—an AI platform that actually understands the pace, tone, and nuance of hospitality.

Story

While running Back to Back in San Francisco, Randall found himself buried in calls and emails—pulled away from the work that actually grows a business. He called Brendan, a longtime friend and AI engineer building at Lindy.ai. Together, they decided to solve the problem for good—and started Hostie.
